1. Definitions

• Platform: The WiTask website and application, including all its services

• User: Any individual registered on the platform, whether as an Admin, Client, or Freelancer

• Company: Wikriate Advanced Solutions, the owner and operator of the platform

• Content: All data, files, projects, and tasks entered by the user

2. Registration & Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to register

• Accurate and complete information must be provided during account creation

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual without prior company approval is prohibited

• The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate any account that violates these terms

3. Acceptable Use

Users are permitted to:

• Create and manage projects and tasks for lawful purposes

• Communicate with team members in a professional manner

• Access all features available under their active subscription plan

• Export their data for personal use

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

• Posting content that is offensive or infringes intellectual property rights

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate platform systems

• Impersonating other users

• Reselling or sublicensing platform services to third parties without authorization

4. Services & Subscriptions

• The platform offers multiple subscription plans that define the features available to each user

• Prices are subject to change with a minimum of 30 days’ prior notice

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy

• The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with prior notice

5. Contracts & Electronic Signatures

• Contracts signed electronically through the platform are legally binding in accordance with applicable regulations

• Contracting parties bear full responsibility for the content of agreements made through the platform

• The company is not a party to any contract between users and serves solely as a technical facilitator

6. Invoices & Payments

• Invoices generated through the platform constitute official documentation between users

• The company does not intervene in financial disputes between users except within the limits of its approved policies

• The company is committed to maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions within the system

• Where payments are processed via third-party gateways, the terms of those gateways apply concurrently

7. Intellectual Property

• All platform elements — including design, code, and content — are the exclusive property of Wikriate Advanced Solutions

• Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the platform

• By registering, users grant the company a limited license to use their content solely for the purpose of operating the service

• Copying, distributing, or reusing any part of the platform without prior written permission is strictly prohibited

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The platform is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties regarding continuity or error-free operation

• The company is not liable for any business losses or indirect damages resulting from platform use

• The company does not guarantee the outcomes of projects or transactions between users

• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, internet outages, governmental decisions), the company bears no liability

9. Suspension & Termination

The company reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend any account found in violation of these terms

• Permanently terminate accounts in cases of serious breach

• Notify users 7 days in advance for any termination unrelated to a violation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

10. Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia / the United Arab Emirates

• In the event of any dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 days

• If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities

11. Amendments to Terms

The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with users notified 14 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised terms.
